What happens when I sign up with Trendi?
Short answer: You instantly become an object of desire and envy.
Long answer: You wield special member powers for your first session. To login again, you must confirm your email address. Find the link we sent to your personal account, then click or copy and paste it into your browser's navigation bar. After that you can then use your email address and password to login at any time - we'll whisk you away to a fresh MyTrendi homepage where you can modify your personal info, password, and profile picture.
I registered but can't login. Help!
First, take a few deep breaths. Then try to remember if you confirmed your email address by clicking the link we sent at sign up. You sure? Ok. Maybe your password is incorrect. Click
forgot your Password? for a new one. If the new password doesn't work, email
support@trendi.com for, well...support. We'll get through this together!
How does this voting thing work?
Trendi uses voting to accurately show trends in clothing and accessories. You vote on a scale from one to five - where five stars means red hot and one means tasteless. When a dress or necklace or whatever gets consistently high votes, we give it a magic badge. Same thing goes for low votes and tragic badges. Every Trendi member gets one vote per item and we put in mucho brainpower to prevent anyone from rigging the system.

sign up to vote!
What's a TrendiScore?
A TrendiScore shows the average vote from Trendi people on items and collections. No one here dictates fashion. You can sort search results and browse by TrendiScore with complete confidence in our unbiased ratings.
How do I create a profile picture?
First things first, add your signature pic to your photo gallery...
1. Go to your MyTrendi homepage.
2. Hover over
Photo Gallery and click
Add Photos.
3. Use the browsing tool to select a jpg, gif, or png file from your computer.
4. You can add a caption, but don't keep the picture private.
5. Click
Done!
Next, set the profile picture in your photo gallery...
1. If you're not already in your photo gallery, go to your MyTrendi homepage.
2. Hover over
Photo Gallery and click
Edit Pictures.
3. Drag and drop any photo to the bullseye icon on the left and you're done.
3.5. When you want to set a new profile picture, drag and drop it over the old one.
How do I make friends?
Smile. Be nice. And don't wear cheap perfume... But on Trendi, all you have to do is click Make a Friend on a your target's profile and wait for approval.
What's a closet and how do I use it?
The closet holds stuff you own. You can use it to edit these lists and Trendi people can browse your closet to learn a thing or two about your style.
To add items to your closet, click I Own This on any item info page. Clicking these buttons again will remove the item. To remove items from inside your closet, go to your MyTrendi homepage. Hover over My Closet and click What I Own. You're in! Simply click Remove beneath the item you no longer crave or cherish.
What's a collection and how do I use it?
A collection is a group of stuff pulled together around a theme. Any theme! We suggest "Favorites," "Season," "Gift Me," "I Recommend," and "Outfits," but of course you can break the mold and start a new trend.
To create a collection...
1. Go to your MyTrendi homepage.
2. Hover over My Collections and click Start a Collection.
3. Give it a title, category, and description.
4. Click Done!
To collect stuff...
1. Click Add to Collection on any item info page.
2. Click Add to One I Made and select a collection from your list.
3. Click Done!
When you're ready to share your style...
1. Go to your MyTrendi homepage.
2. Hover over My Collections and click Edit Collections.
3. Click Update beneath the collection you want to share.
4. Click yes under Make it public?
Your collection will now show up on our public list and search results.
What do I do if I see an inappropriate profile?
If you see plagiarized or nastified content on a profile, we ask that you let us know. Click Report Abuse at the top of the profile and you've done your duty!
I've been reported! What did I do?
You might have let a joke go too far, claimed a celebrity pic as your own...or crossed the line from expressing yourself to exposing yourself. Why you gotta be like that? Trendi politely requests no nudity, lewd gestures, or explicitly sexual photos. If you could get the cops called for indecent exposure, better leave that one on your desktop.
I've been reported! What do I do now?
The Trendi Support Team investigates every red flag. We might hide images temporarily while we're on the case. We might delete an image automatically if a lot of people send reports. Curious about yours? Contact
